Thy Kingdom Come
Prayer and Care
Thy Kingdom Come is a call to prayer during the nine days between Ascension and Pentecost, from Friday 22nd to Saturday 30th May.

We are called to pray for God's Kingdom to come in our everyday lives and in the lives of people we know. To care for those you are praying for, and pray for those you are caring for.

Here are some things to aid your prayers this week:

Morning Prayer
We will be gathering for Morning Prayer on Zoom each morning at 9.00am.
Please join us in prayer, whether at 9am or another time which suits you.
If you can join in on Zoom, please email us.

You can find a copy of the service sheet HERE,
and here are the daily psalms & readings: Monday 25,
Tuesday 26, Wednesday 27, Thursday 28, Friday 29, Saturday 30.
Other ways to pray
For a shorter act of worship, which you can use at any time of the day, try Prayer During the Day for Thy Kingdom Come, here.

The Diocese has provided a booklet of Daily Reflections - you can view it as text to read, or to print as a booklet.

The Church of England has provided special versions of all the Daily Prayer services (Morning & Evening Prayer, Prayer During the Day, and Night Prayer) - you can listen to the audio or download the Daily Prayer app HERE.
